be Barnstable’s first and only
mountain biking-specific facility).
• Trail safety improvements (West
Barnstable Recreation Area –
originally proposed with Boy Scout
troop)
• Materials for fence adjacent to Cape
Cod Airfield (to be installed by
NEMBA)
• One-time gate access at West
Barnstable Conservation Area to
repair sign kiosk at Walker Point
