Activity/Work Description (use additional paper and/or provide plan(s) of Activity, if necessary): THE PROJECT IS TO USE THE EXISTING L-SHAPED DECK'S FOOTPRINT WITHOUT EXPANSION TO (1) REPLACE THE 8'X16' DECK SIDE WITH AN 8'X16' MUDROOM AND (2) REPLACE THE12'X20' BACK OF THE DECK WITH (a) A 12'X8' ALL-SEASON ROOM AND (b) A 12'X6' OPEN DECK. THE WORK IS WITHIN THE 50 -100 FT. BUFFER. SONA TUBES WILL BE HAND-DUG - NO MACHINERY USED. NO VEGETATION WILL BE IMPACTED. SOIL WILL NOT BE ADDED OR REMOVED. NO TREES WILL BE REMOVED.NO NEW PLANTINGS ARE PROPOSED. THERE IS NO POISON IVY AND PESTICIDES WILL NOT BE USED.
