Continued Public Hearing/Potential Vote, Evergreen Circle Pickleball Development of Regional Impact: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued virtual public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) request pursuant to Sections 12 and 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and approve the proposed project.
