Please advise the Board that the Appellant will be seeking an additional continuance to
prepare and file a responsive memo with the Board in both cases 24-039 and 24-040, as
additional time is required.
I have committed to provide Attorney Nickerson with a copy of the memo10 days before
the hearing so I would ask that the Board continue until the first meeting in Feb. 12, 2025.
