Subject: More materials for 2/11/25 Conserva on Commission Mee ng concerning 531 South Main Street Revised Site Plan
Hi Kimberly,
This email includes three additional exhibits related to the Revised Site Plan for 531 South Main Street, Centerville that is on the agenda for
the 2/11/25 Conservation Commission meeting:
1) A photo of the Original Site Plan with my Right of Way highlighted:
2) A photo of a clean print of the entire Revised Site Plan. This will allow members of the Conservation Commission to zoom in and see the
details clearly (the Revised Site Plan available on Laserfiche is fuzzy since it was printed out, highlighted, scanned and then uploaded):
3) A close-up of the south/southwest portion of 531 South Main Street from the Revised Site Plan. This makes it much easier to see how the
Revised Plan differs from the Original Plan:
This picture shows the new grade line of 12’ crossing the old grade line of 9’ and then the two lines recross about 45’-50’ later. This means
that the grade has been raised 3’ or more across this entire span. All of this land is well within my deeded Right of Way. I am not able to
estimate exactly how much fill was added to raise the grade this much but it was not just a few wheelbarrow loads; my guess is truckloads of
unauthorized fill were added to create this hill on my Right of Way. As I have stated before, this hill that was created and was not approved in
the Order of Conditions makes my deeded Right of Way impassable.
If I don’t see these exhibits with the other materials on Laserfiche I will check in with you.
Thanks for your help with this,
Stuart Woodring
