The Subject Property presently operates as a Copeland Subaru Dealership. We also represent Copeland Subaru of Hyannis. In light of the Appellant’s Memorandum dated February 7, 2025, I am writing to request a continuance of the hearings to Wednesday, April 9, 2025.
