Appeal No. 2024-040 Denial of Zoning Enforcement
Dear Mr. Chairman and Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals:
This office represents Gilbert Wood and Troy Wood as Trustee of the 123
Falmouth Road Realty Trust, as they are record owners of the properties located
at 95 Falmouth Road, 123 Falmouth Road, 180 Walton Avenue, and 172 Walton
Avenue (“Subject Property”) which are subject to the above-noted Appeals. The
Subject Property presently operates as a Copeland Subaru Dealership. We also
represent Copeland Subaru of Hyannis.
In light of the Appellant’s Memorandum dated February 7, 2025, I am writing to
request a continuance of the hearings to Wednesday, April 9, 2025. I have
spoken to Attorney Ford and he has no objection to the request for continuance.
