On site, to the rear of the building & home, there are additional vehicles, equipment, trailers, boats, etc belonging to the property owner. As well as piles of auto body parts and other debris stored in back part of property. What rear yard looks like now. When looking at 13 different photos from these sites between 1968 - 2018 (prior to current expansion), the total number of vehicles on site fluctuated. Average number of vehicles = 16. Routine Deliveries in State Highway Layout ●At busy intersection ●At times, obstructing view for vehicles turning in and out of 990 Main ●Vehicles double parked - bringing them closer to Rte 6A than what’s in site plan Because the front of the property is so overburdened with vehicles, delivery vehicles for the residence at 970 Main St. regularly use the neighbor’s driveway at 960 Main St. ●Dumpster stored in Right of Way. Stockade fence in Right of Way ●Homeowner boat parked where parking for the auto body is described in site plan ●1 vehicle parked in state highway layout causing sight distance problem for people leaving parking lot at 990 Main. ●Employee detailing vehicle outdoors Auto body routinely operates after hours. Photo taken at 8:42pm Delivery trucks have no place to turn around unless they do so on abutter’s property or along State Highway layout Work on vehicles & washing vehicles outdoors Washing indoors with No containment/management of the industrial wastewater. More vehicles = greater chance of spills like this one. Note: spill shows how the vehicle drove onto abutters property to make the turn to go into garage bay on the east facing side of the building
