Routine Deliveries in State Highway Layout
●At busy intersection
●At times, obstructing view for vehicles turning in and out of 990 Main
●Vehicles double parked - bringing them closer to Rte 6A than what’s in site plan
Because the front of the property is so overburdened with vehicles, delivery
vehicles for the residence at 970 Main St. regularly use the neighbor’s
driveway at 960 Main St.
●Dumpster stored in Right of Way. Stockade fence in Right of Way
●Homeowner boat parked where parking for the auto body is described in site plan
●1 vehicle parked in state highway layout causing sight distance problem for people leaving
parking lot at 990 Main.
●Employee detailing vehicle outdoors
Auto body routinely operates after hours.

No containment/management of the industrial wastewater.
More vehicles = greater chance of spills like this one.
Note: spill shows how the vehicle drove onto abutters property to make the turn to
go into garage bay on the east facing side of the building
