Thank you submitting the TB-10 documentation and certificate of installation. Based on the Region’s review, this submittal appears to meet the requirements of TB-10.
I will notify the Letter of Map Change (LOMC) team. The LOMC team will perform an independent review of the LOMR-F application and may require additional information. Meeting the requirements
of TB-10 does not guarantee the approval of a LOMR-F.
Please note, TB-10 does not ensure that this structure will never incur flooding or flood damage. FEMA encourages the property owner to maintain a flood insurance policy.
