IN LOCATIONS WHERE WATER IS NOT IN SUFFICIENT SUPPLY, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING WATER AND ELECTRICITY REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE WORK. SUBMIT PROPOSED MEANS AND METHODS TO THE ENGINEER FOR REVIEW. 14.ALL DIMENSIONS AND QUANTITIES MUST BE DETERMINED OR VERIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR. QUANTITIES TO BE CARRIED UNDER THE BASE BID WORK HAVE BEEN INDICATED ON THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS HAVE BEEN COMPILED FROM VARIOUS SOURCES AND MAY NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL CONDITION AT THE MOMENT OF CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL PRECAUTIONS AND MAKE ALL INVESTIGATIONS NECESSARY TO INSTALL THE PROPOSED WORK. 15.IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS TO REVIEW ALL DRAWINGS, PROJECT MANUAL, PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS, SCHEDULES, ADDENDA ETC. IN ORDER TO ASSURE THE COORDINATION OF ALL WORK AFFECTING EACH TRADE. NO WORK IS PROPOSED WITHIN THE 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN. 8.THE EXISTING WATER TREATMENT FACILITY, SIMMONS POND WELLS, AND HYANNISPORT WELLS MUST BE LEFT OPERATIONAL AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION OF NEW STRAIGHTWAY FACILITIES EXCLUDING APPROVED CONNECTION SHUTDOWNS.
