Hi,
Below are the comments from the Waterway’s Commi ee Mee ng 02/25/2025
1. Bluefield LLC, 571 Old Post Rd, Cotuit MA 02635 (map 054, parcel 018). Applicant
proposes seasonal ramp and float.
WWC Deferred this NOI ll next months mee ng, HM Department to perform site
inspec on as proposed dock is located within a designated mooring field.
2. 309 Bay Ln. Centerville, MA 02632 (map 186, parcel 014) Proposed is an invasive plant
removal and na ve plant restora on to mul ple areas of the property along with the
construc on of a reinforced high marsh system and placement of a salt marsh pillow in
order to stabilize and revegetate the base of the coastal bank.
WWC and HM Department approved of this project.
