Re: Special Permit Application for Holistic Health Group Project
Dear Members of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
I am writing in regard to the special permit application for the Holistic Health Group
project. As a co-owner of the building at 96 Airport Road (96 Airport Road LLC), I would like
to raise two key concerns related to this application.
Firstly, it is important to ensure that the applicant, Tim McNamara, has adequate parking
available for the project. I am aware that there is an easement on the lot at 120 Airport
Road that grants approximately 12 parking spaces to 96 Airport Road. However, I have also
observed that parking spaces on the other side of the lot were previously sold (with the lot
line redrawn) to the neighboring medical facility. I am unsure of the exact number of
parking spaces now located on the applicant’s property and would appreciate clarification
on this matter.
Secondly, I understand that there are children's programs located two doors down at 865
Attucks Lane, as mentioned on the company’s website. Given that the regulations state a
separation requirement of at least 500 feet from any school, daycare center, preschool,
afterschool facility, or similar place where children commonly congregate, I would like to
ensure that the Board has thoroughly reviewed and confirmed that no conflict exists in this

I respectfully request that these matters be carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with
