Bluefield LLC, 571 Old Post Rd, Cotuit MA 02635 (map 054, parcel 018). Applicant proposes seasonal ramp and float. WWC was in approval of this project. HM Staff does not approve, parcel is located in a designated mooring field, parcel is located next to a commercial enty with higher-than- average vessel traffic. 2. Applicant: 135 Putnam Avenue, LLC Project Locaon: 135 Putnam Ave, Cotuit, MA 02635 (map 036, parcel 040 001) Representave: John O’Dea, Sullivan Engineering & Consulng, Inc. Proposed Project: The project as proposed will include grading and vegetaon restoraon and construcon of a vinyl bulkhead to stabilize the failing Coastal Bank, and replacement of the bank access stairs WWC and HM Staff was in approval of this project. 3. Applicant: Robert G & Kathleen A, RK Realty Trust Project locaon: 97 Willow Run Drive, Centerville, MA 02632 (map 210, parcel 060) Representave: John O’Dea, Sullivan Engineering & Consulng, Inc Proposed Project: To permit and maintain a seasonal pier. WWC and HM Staff was in approval of this project.
