On the attached I have printed the existing features in red for hopefully a better visual overlay.
In staking for viewing it occurred to me that the simplest description is we are pulling the living area of the existing
structure 6’ landward away from the resource, and we are taking the garage currently located on the south side of
the house partially within the 50’ buƯer and we are pulling it to the street side of the house entirely out of the 50’
buƯer.
Please let me know if this is a clearer image.
