Development Agreement Regulations: Cape Cod Commission staff will review with Committee members potential amendments to Chapter D of the Cape Cod Commission’s Regulations of General Application, Development Agreement Regulations Governing the Review of Development Agreements, which are intended to clarify and streamline the Development Agreement process. Committee members may ask questions, discuss the staff presentation and consider whether to vote to forward a draft to the Cape Cod Commission for its consideration. 4. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the meeting. 5. Adjourn
