We are the Owners of the abutting property to 169 Salten Point Road. Our address is 22 Kent Road. Our home is located immediately west of 169 Salten Point Road, across the street and on Salten Point Road. I am writing about the following Agenda Item: III. AMENDED ORDERS Brian and Nicole Connolly. To amend Order of Conditions SE3-6141 to included proposed lawn reconfiguration and mitigation; and reconfiguration of the existing gravel driveway at 169 Salten Point Road, Barnstable as shown on Assessor ’s Map 301 Parcel 003. $33.40 1. I plan to attend the meeting via zoom and I hereby request the opportunity to speak at the 5/13/2025 meeting regarding the agenda item listed above. 2. I have spoken with both Brian Connolly (the owner of the subject property) as well as to Kasia Kos (of Cape & Islands Engineering). I request that the plantings that exist today as well as the new plantings to be planted in the “green” and “yellow” map areas (the “Additional Mitigation Areas” and the “Additional Landscape / MT Areas”) located on the northern side of the Subject Property, be limited to no higher than 5 (five) feet tall. In my conversation with Brian, he was agreeable to this request, so my request of the commission is to simply ensure that that agreement be written into the formal decision of the Commission.
