The Town of Barnstable proposes to repair an exisƟng culvert beneath Hawes Avenue to correct structural deficiencies and prevent further deterioraƟon or potenƟal failure of the crossing or roadway. A damaged porƟon of the reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) will be replaced in-kind, along with the mill and overlay of Hawes Avenue. Refer to the Project NarraƟve for further details. WWC and HM Staff approved this NOI 3. 251 Green Dunes Drive, Hyannis, MA 02601. Proposed project: Dock and float (this maƩer was previously discussed on 04/22/2025). It was brought to the applicant’s aƩenƟon that the intenƟon of using a motorized Vessel was not clear and that the applicant needs to go back to the commiƩee to make the clarificaƟon. The applicant provided a revised plan in response to comments from the ConservaƟon Agent. WWC and HM Staff is respecƞully asking ConservaƟon to defer this NOI unƟl he can be reheard at the June 24th WWC meeƟng.
