The applicants were not able to be in attendance tonight. If the Committee feels they have sufficient
information to make a decision, then they may vote on this matter.
Committee Discussion:
Wendy- Felt the shutters are appropriate and that the shutters give the house character.
Lesley- Appropriate. No concerns with the shutters.
Bett- Noted that the architect who previously served on the Committee would require the shutters to have
the metal hinges and it appears that this proposal has them. She had no concerns with this application.

Paul Vecchi was in attendance for this item.
Paul presented a proposal for two windows to be added to the sides of the front main entry. The windows
will be Marvin windows 24” x 24”. The window will match other windows that are installed on other
structures on the property.
Committee Discussion:
Wendy- Appropriate. Clarified that there will be one window on each side of the entryway. Paul confirmed.
Lesley- Knows the house and noted that people would not see the windows looking straight at the entryway
but from the roadsides you would. She felt that the windows are appropriate.
Bett- Agreed with the Committee remarks. Appropriate.
