RE: Mount Assessment
T-Mobile L600 Equipment Installation
565 Main Street
Centerville, MA 02632
T-Mobile Reference: 4HY2553C (CC Steeple Centerville)
Dear Mr. Blake:
At your request, this office has produced construction drawings entitled “4HY2553C, CC Steeple
Centerville’, Rev 1, dated 3/14/25 detailing the installation of the proposed T-Mobile L600 equipment
within the spire of the church at the above-referenced address. According to the T-Mobile RFDS
document entitled “4HY2553C_RF_ PRELIM_RFDS_67E998E_L600_3_draft_2025-01-17”, the proposed
equipment installation will consist of replacing three (3) Cellmax CMA-BDHH/6251 antennas (1 per
sector), three (3) Commscope LNX6515DS antennas (1 per sector), and nine (9) Ericsson RRUS-11
remote radio heads (RRHs) (1 per sector) with with three (3) Ericsson KRE1012473 antennas (1 per
sector), three (3) Commscope APXVLL19P antennas (1 per sector), three (3) Ericsson RRUS-4460
remote radio heads (RRHs) (1 per sector), and three (3) Ericsson RRUS-4480 RRHs (1 per sector).
As shown on the drawings, the proposed antennas and RRHs will be located entirely within the existing
structure. Since the exterior envelope of the current building will not be altered, the proposed equipment
installation, as detailed, will not increase the wind loading on the structure. Any nominal increase in
gravity load due to the weight of the antennas and RRHs, and related appurtenances such as TMAs and
cables, can be safely supported by the existing and proposed mounts, and the existing building framing
as shown on the above-referenced plans.
It is the opinion of this office that proposed T-Mobile Anchor equipment installation shown on the above-
referenced plans has been designed in accordance with the Massachusetts State building code and and
will not adversely effect the structural integrity of the existing structure. It is assumed that all proposed
equipment will be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
