Again, the link to the Bill is: https://malegislature.gov/Bills/194/S1428 The Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government held a hearing on this Bill this past Tuesday, June 10. Written testimony is encouraged and should be submitted not later than two (2) weeks following the June 10, 2025 hearing. Written testimony may be submitted via email to: jointcommittee.municipalities&regionalgovernment@malegislature.gov . The Committee strongly prefers that written testimony be submitted by email, as specified above.
