Although a file # is being issued, please note the following:
In accordance with 310 CMR 10.32(5), notwithstanding the provisions of 310 CMR
10.32(3), a project which will restore or rehabilitate a salt marsh, or create a salt
marsh, may be permitted in accordance with 310 CMR 10.11 through 10.14,
10.24(8), and/or 10.53(4).
In accordance with 310 CMR 10.24(8)(e)3, an Ecological Restoration Project may
be permitted as an Ecological Restoration Limited Project provided the project
meets the criteria set forth in 310 CMR 10.24(8)(a) through (d).
In accordance with 310 CMR 10.53(4)(e)5, a project that will improve the natural
capacity of a Resource Area to protect the interests of the WPA may be permitted
as an Ecological Restoration Limited Project provided that the project meets the
eligibility criteria set forth 310 CMR 10.53(4)(a) through (d).
