Please see below comments from WWC Mee ng 6/24/2025.
1. 251 Green Dunes Drive, Hyannis, MA 02601. Proposed project: Dock and float (this ma er was
previously discussed on 04/22/2025). It was brought to the applicant ’s a en on that the
inten on of using a motorized Vessel was not clear and that the applicant needs to go back to
the commi ee to make the clarifica on. The applicant provided a revised plan in response to
comments from the Conserva on Agent.
Despite the applicant’s assurance that all dimensions and environmental regula ons remain
compliant, commi ee members expressed concern over the significant change in vessel size,
naviga onal constraints, and poten al impact on the surrounding waterway, which is
commonly used for kayaking and paddleboarding. Members requested detailed schema cs
for further review before deciding on the ma er.
WWC and HM Staff approved of this project.
