Proposed project: Dock and float (this maer was previously discussed on 04/22/2025). It was brought to the applicant ’s aenon that the intenon of using a motorized Vessel was not clear and that the applicant needs to go back to the commiee to make the clarificaon. The applicant provided a revised plan in response to comments from the Conservaon Agent. Despite the applicant’s assurance that all dimensions and environmental regulaons remain compliant, commiee members expressed concern over the significant change in vessel size, navigaonal constraints, and potenal impact on the surrounding waterway, which is commonly used for kayaking and paddleboarding. Members requested detailed schemacs for further review before deciding on the maer. WWC and HM Staff approved of this project.
