flood control and wildlife habitat. 310 CMR 10.28(3) through (6) shall apply. As
project locus is within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (Zone VE) and
Limit of Moderate Wave Action, Con Com may wish to consult with the Building
Inspector regarding the elevation requirements.
