Attached, in accordance with our earlier telephone conversation, please find a request to continue the
hearing for the sandbag protection repair/replacement now scheduled for 8/5/25 to 9/9/25.
It is my understanding that no testimony on the project will be taken on August 5th. It will simply be
called and then Tom will announce the requested continuance date.
I will get you another copy signed by one of the owners as soon as I get it back from them.
