1:03: General Procedures
(2.) (a.)Only minor changes may be approved by the Committee without the filing of a new application and a new hearing. Minor changes include
alterations that can be done without a detrimental impact on the overall appearance of the project such as altering a single window or door change
or a minor change of colors. All minor changes by amendment will require the local Committee’s or it’s designee’s approval.
Submit one (1) copy of the application and supporting materials and documentation.

1. The light dormer on the west elevation was removed.
2. The back entry, the bump out for the washer/dryer, and the outdoor shower were removed.
3. A window was removed from the bedroom on the south elevation.
4. The easterly side of the building was decreased by about 5’ - smaller footprint.
5. The roof shingles are to match the existing on the main house.
