3. Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Technical Bulletins: Cape Cod Commission staff will provide an
overview of the Draft 2025 Regional Policy Plan Technical Bulletins, which correspond with each of
the fifteen goals of the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan and primarily are to be utilized during
Development of Regional Impact review. Staff will review the draft bulletins in the Regional Policy
Plan issue areas of: Coastal Resiliency, Climate Change, Ocean Resources, Open Space, Water
Resources, and Wetlands, Wildlife and Plant Habitat. Subcommittee members will have an
opportunity to discuss and ask questions about the presented draft technical bulletins.
