Hi Matt,
Thank you for the phone conversation this afternoon. To recap, since the abutter letters for the
hearing on 9/2/25 have not been sent, the public hearing scheduled for 9/2/25 at 6:30 pm, cannot
proceed. Griffin has asked for the next available hearing date which is 9/9/2025 at 3:00
pm. Please ensure the new abutter letters generated state the meeting date is 9/9/25 at 3:00
pm, public hearing WILL BE HELD REMOTELY VIA ZOOM.
The updated abutter letters MUST be mailed by Tuesday morning, September 2, 2025 at the very
latest. If you have any questions, please call the office Tuesday morning.
