This situation presents a clear breach of the Wetlands Protection Act, public trust in Town government and demonstrates serious failings in the stewardship of our town’s environmental resources. We urge the Town Council, Conservation Commission and DPW to act swiftly and transparently in response to these issues. Sincerely, Karen (Kim) McGuire, Co-President Angela Rutzick, Co-President and Director of Communications communications@savetwinbrooks.org www.savetwinbrooks.org
