Hi Ed,
I have attached the shellfish survey conducted for 48 Starboard Lane. This one is
tricky since there is a lot of nice shellfish, but it is on the line of what is permissible to
be removed and relocated making it challenging. It is nice habitat so Natural
Resources cannot fully support the project, but there’s room for discussion on
replacement of the existing pier if warranted.
