I am writing to express my support for the granting of Special Permit No. 2025-203 for the
property located at 214 Annable Point Rd., which is owned by the Ferguson Family Trust.
As a homeowner and adjacent property owner of 210 and 216 Annable Point Rd., I am
delighted that the proposed renovations will enhance the property and once more make
the home habitable. The Fergusons have an understanding of the history of the property
and have planned for a house that fits with the existing homes on the driveway and
neighborhood.
