Thank you kindly for all your help! Per our conversation, I attach the following pictures for inclusion as addendums to the application. The top pictures is showing the retaining wall close to the wetlands that was approved and built by the previous owner. The next picture is looking from the top of the deck out to the back yard.The retaining wall is beyond the bougenvilias and the wrought iron gate and closest to the wetlands. Pictures number 3 is one of the stakes located at the one corner of the existing deck and 10’ away which is the proposed new deck. The fourth picture is taken from the wrought iron gate and the beginning of the retaining wall looking onto the wetlands. The fifth and sixth pictures are additional pictures of the back yard area. The last picture shows the existing deck which we would like to tear down to make room for a newer, more aesthetically pleasing deck. It will be much nicer than what is currently there and will give us a bit more room to sit outside as a family. The measurements from the current deck to the wetlands is over 70’ and more distance that what is depicted on the survey. Please feel free to go down and measure it and see for yourself.
