Project Description: The proposed project aims to restore 57-acres of retired cranberry bogs to
a more naturally functioning wetland ecosystem for the purpose of creating a healthy, self-
sustaining and dynamic wetland; improving hydrologic and aquatic habitat connectivity;
improving water quality (including reducing nitrogen export); and providing passive recreation
in permanently protected open space.
