meetings across Cape Cod, including their work on the 2025 Draft Regional Policy Plan and its fifteen
accompanying Technical Bulletins and the One Cape conference held on September 16-17, 2025.

5. Public Hearing and Potential Vote on Falmouth Road Market Development of Regional
Impact: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a virtual public hearing on the following Project
continued from September 3, 2025. The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a
mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod
Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Cape Cod Commission will discuss the following
