For 129 Main Street in Osterville, since the area is so prolific with shellfish in recent history, I would just like to make sure the area where the barge will land is marked out so it is the same spot each me it comes in. If a mat or something of the sort could be put down for equipment to disperse weight, I’d appreciate that too. 200 North Bay Road is raising a lile more flags for me. I understand that John reached out to Cotuit Oyster Company for comment and concerns about siltaon. However, in the interest of a public resource and public land, by pung the bulkhead 2 feet further into the water, that habitat will be forever lost and becomes land taken out of fishery permanently. It is already right in the interdal zone. It is in the best interest of the shellfishery for the new bulkhead to be put behind and for the engineers and those doing the project to minimize siltaon if that is their greatest concern. There are definitely ways to minimize that! Thank you very much! If the North Bay Rd. Site does happen to be connued, I will be able to go and do a proper assessment. Historically, the area here and this vicinity is really wonderful producve habitat. Best, Liz Elizabeth A.
