Below is the information for conservation from last night’s Waterways Meeting
10/28/2025:
1. Applicant: Steven & Wendy D’Angelo – continued from 07/22/2025
REVISED.
Project Location: 108 Long Beach Rd, Centerville, MA 02632 (map 206,
parcel 005)
Representative: Daniel Ojala, Down Cape Engineering, Inc.
Proposed Project: Proposed fixed pier, ramp and floats
Conservation Hearing: 07/08/2025 6:30PM via Zoom
Waterways did not support this project as written; Harbormaster
believes its encroaching on existing docks in the area; scope of work
is large for size of parcel.
2. Applicant: Terrie R. Zeikel, Trustee; Terrie Zeikel Trust
