Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Mark Condon. My wife Jean Hynes and I have a summer home at 819 South Main
Street, two lots over from Marianne & Ron Renaud’s home at 789 South Main Street.
Marianne & Ron have informed us they intend to demolish their existing home and build a new
one. They have been kind enough to reach out to us and share their plans (specifically, floor
plans and multiple elevations) for a new home on their property. From what we understand, they
have been equally communicative with other neighbors.
We are thoroughly supportive of their intentions and plans for the site. The design is in keeping
with many of the newer homes in the neighborhood in terms of construction quality, design
aesthetics, and scale. We believe approval of this design will make our community even more
desirable and will help support the home values of their neighbors.
Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to show our strong support.
