Crocker Jr. Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, 367 Main Street, Hyannis. The meeting will be televised live via Xfinity Channel 8 or high-definition Channel 1072. It may also be accessed via the Government Access Channel live stream on the Town of Barnstable’s website: https://barnstable.cablecast.tv/internetchannel/watch-now CALL TO ORDER – Introduction of Board Members and Staff NOTICE OF RECORDING – This meeting of the Barnstable Licensing Authority is being recorded and broadcast on the Town of Barnstable’s Government Access Channel. PUBLIC COMMENT PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. NEW ANNUAL ALL-ALCOHOL RESTAURANT/COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE An application has been filed by Hyannis Entertainment LLC dba Entertainment Cinemas, 793 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, for a new annual all-alcohol restaurant/common victualler license. The applicant proposes adding alcohol service at the concession stand located in the lobby of the movie theatre. The proposed alcohol manager is Mario Sasso. The proposed hours of alcohol service are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., daily. 2. TRANSFER ANNUAL ALL-ALCOHOL RESTAURANT/COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE An application has been filed by Fuku Kichi, Inc. dba Fuku Kichi, 294 Main Street, Hyannis, for the transfer of the annual all-alcohol restaurant/common victualer license from CC Entertainment dba Flashback. The applicant proposes to continue the restaurant operations with Li Gao as the alcohol manager. The proposed hours of alcohol service are from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., daily. NEW APPLICATIONS 1. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. It is possible that if it so votes, the sub-committee may go into executive session. For your information the section of the M.G.L. that pertains to postings of meetings is as follows: Except in an emergency, in addition to any notice otherwise required by law, a public body shall post notice of every meeting at least 48 hours prior to such meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. In an emergency, a public body shall post notice as soon as reasonably possible prior to such meeting. Notice shall be printed in a legible, easily understandable format and shall contain: the date, time and place of such meeting and a listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.
