Construct a new single family dwelling, decks, steps, with the associated appurtenances, utility trenching and landscaping within the same general location. A system of gutters, downspouts and dry wells will be installed and used to recharge storm-water runoff. The construction is in the buffer to the State defined Coastal Bank only, with no increase in footprint in the buffers to the flagged wetland. b.Identify provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act or regulations which may exempt the applicant from having to file a Notice of Intent for all or part of the described work (use additional paper, if necessary). 3.a.
