Dear Mr. Hoopes,
I represent David Wallace, Sharon Monahan and Carol Anne Cushing, who own the
properties abutting the D’Angelo property on Long Beach Road that is on today’s
Conservation Commission agenda. I will be appearing on behalf of my clients to object to the
proposed pier, dock and float.
Attached is a letter that we submitted to the Waterways Committee. I expect that you have
this letter but I am attaching it in case you do not.
Also, the link on the agenda to the commission packet is not working. Can you forward me
either the packet or the link.
