Good afternoon Kimberly:
I represent Teresa Martignetti and Carl Martignetti, owners of the properties located at 134 Windswept
Way and 148 Windswept Way.
Mrs. Martignetti is the owner of 134 Windswept Way, a direct abutter to William B. O’Keefe & Paul
O’Keefe, the owners of 118 Windswept Way. Mr. & Mrs. O’Keefe have a Notice of Intent that is going to
be heard before the Conservation Commission this evening. My clients just learned of this hearing prior
to the Thanksgiving holiday.
I had hoped that the Applicant would be willing to continue the hearing to allow a preliminary site visit
with their neighbors, the Martignettis, to show them the project, walk the site, and discuss mitigation
strategies and/or alternative locations for the pool/patio/cabana. The Martignettis are the property
owners most aƯected by this project. As it’s getting late in the day and I have not heard back from the
Applicant’s representative, it does not appear that the Applicant is willing to continue the hearing.
I therefore wanted to forward the attached satellite photo and the assessor’s map to you so that, at
tonight’s Zoom hearing, you can pull these up on the screen for the Commission to be able to see how
close the project is to the property line and where it is located in reference to 134 Windswept Way. You
will need to rotate the view on your screen to see what I have sketched in.
