Please make the following edit to the final sentence within the Enhanced Outreach & Public Participation section: To further support inclusive participation, live interpretation in both Spanish and Portuguese languages was provided during the Community Open House for each of the community meetings. 21 Figure 3-3 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Map: Shapefile attached 23 See markup of the RPOD map. Also, should this be labeled Figure 3-5 and then the two figures which follow be labeled 3-6 and 3- 7? The text within Long-Term Development Patterns on page 20 refences both of those figures and would need to be revised accordingly. 39 Confirm that no snake species are of concern at this time The following sentence needs to be revised. As written, it does not make sense. Rare moths and freshwater mussels, such as the wood turtle, associated Creeper mussel, have been recorded in Cape Cod watersheds and may occur in Barnstable. 40 Please replace the Sandy Neck Lighthouse photo with the photo sent by email and please title the photo as follows: First Responder Drill at Sandy Neck, Credit: Town of Barnstable Marine & Environmental Affairs 43 Add border to layer of historic district 44 Update Figure 4-5 Climate Change Map to Figure 4-6 within the Coastal and Flooding Risks 45 Rename Figure 4-6 to Figure 4-5 since this figure comes before the figure shown on page 47 45 Update Figure 4-5 Climate Change Map to Figure 4-6 within the Land Protection and Climate- Resilient Open Space. Please add the note defined with the map on page 24. 248 Please add a last page to represent the end of the plan and for printing purposes. Ex. for the Town’s LCP our graphic designer made the last page a solid blue with the Town’s logo centered towards the bottom of the page. General Comments Maps: The notes defined on the maps (as applicable) blend in with the maps. Is it possible to add the notes directly under the title for the figure itself or add a white background behind the note so that it reads better? Please see quick markup. The notes are ok as is within the large-scale maps included within Appendix A. I believe that this applies to the following maps: Figure 3-5 Zoning Districts Map (page 24) Figure 4-4 Unique Features Map (page 43) Figure 5-1 Inventory of Open Space Map (page 81) Responsible parties- P&D needs to finalize parties and priority level
