Note: The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members
participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of
2025.

4. Executive Director’s Report: Kristy Senatori will report on recent staff work and participation in
meetings across Cape Cod, including the current status of the 2025 Regional Policy Plan and its
corresponding Technical Bulletins.
5. Public Hearing, Pound Pond Development of Regional Impact Exemption: The Cape Cod
Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission
Act and Section 7 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional

Impact, as amended. At this hearing, the Commission will assemble the record, discuss the following
project and may decide and vote on whether the project qualifies for a Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) Exemption.
Project: Pound Pond Flood Mitigation (CCC File No: 22015)
Project Applicant: Town of Dennis
Property Owner: Town of Dennis
Project Location: 475 Lower County Rd and 60 Chase Rd, Dennis Port, MA 02639
Map/Parcel: 41-62, 59-62
Project Description: The Project consists of the creation of wetland habitat, stream restoration,
bank stabilization, culvert daylighting, and landscaping improvements to revitalize Pound Pond into
a more naturalized system and create improved public access throughout Seaview Park.
6. Public Hearing, Certification of Barnstable Local Comprehensive Plan: The Cape Cod
Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing to consider whether the Cape Cod Commission will
certify the Town of Barnstable’s Local Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted by the Barnstable
Town Council on September 4, 2025. The Cape Cod Commission will discuss and vote whether to
certify the Local Comprehensive plan pursuant to Section 9 of the Cape Cod Commission Act and the
Cape Cod Commission’s Local Comprehensive Plan regulations.
7. New Business: Topics not reasonably anticipated by the Chair more than 48 hours before the
meeting.
