The Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. At the hearing, the Commission will hear testimony, discuss the project and may then vote on the Project. Project: Wychmere Hotel Redevelopment Project Applicant: Wychmere Hotel Real Estate, LLC Property Owner: Wychmere Hotel Real Estate, LLC Project Location: 23 Snow Inn Road, Harwichport, MA Map/Parcel: 8-P2 14 and 15 Project Description: The Applicant proposes to redevelop the existing hotel by razing the existing 32- room hotel (+/- 34,860-sf) and replace it with a 72-room hotel +/- (75,322-sf). The proposal also includes a new wastewater treatment facility and updates to site parking and circulation, stormwater management, landscaping, and pedestrian infrastructure. Note: The hearing will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.  The meeting can be attended by using any of the following methods:         • By attending in person at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630   • Online by clicking on the following link: www.capecodcommission.org/ccc/join passcode: join   • Participants wishing to speak should click the “Raise Hand” icon on the lower toolbar to notify the chair. Written comments may also be submitted by mail to the Cape Cod Commission, P.O. Box 226, 3225 Main St. Barnstable, MA 02630 or online using the form located at https://capecodcommission.org/comment. The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review at www.capecodcommission.org/projects and is also available for public inspection at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
