I respectfully request that the Order of Conditions for the proposed "demolition of a
dwelling and shed project" mandate protection of all significant mature trees at 23
Pleasant Hill Lane. These trees provide essential functions under the Wetlands
Protection Act, including flood prevention, erosion control, and habitat preservation.
Additionally, they mitigate climate change impacts through carbon sequestration and
heat reduction, which are vital for environmental justice communities.Thank you for
