Good Morning Ed and Kim,
The Town's plumbing inspector had a preliminary meeting with the owner's group late last week for the
Cinema Grease Trap Tank project at the Cape Cod Mall. At this meeting, they discussed up-sizing the
grease trap for future expansion if the full service theater is successful as currently only one of
the movie theater areas is designated for kitchen service. Attached is a revised plan showing a 8,000
gallon tank replacing the previously proposed 3,000 gallon tank. The limit of work is unchanged as the up
sized tank is only a few feet bigger than the previous tank. Everything else stayed the same - revised plan
attached.
Can we drop off new hardcopies and keep our spot on the Tuesday night hearing (1/20) or will this
required a continuance? Thank you for your help as always,
