Hello,
My name is Susan Mazzola
I live at 14 Gina Court in Centerville. I live off of Richardson Road.
I would like to express my opposition to the new development Centerville Cove.
I attended the meeting on January 14.
My concerns are as follows:
Multi family use in a residential zone - The addition to the apartment building is too densely populated
too much traffic and it’ll be the only 3 story building in Centerville in that area or in Centerville in
general.
Centerville is a residential area and the apartment building is too large in structure too high and too
densely populated for the area.
Environmental impact on stormwater and especially traffic - I’ve encourage the board to drive around
Great Marsh Rd., and Richardson Road any day at 5 PM in January to see the exorbitant traffic that is
now there - it will only add to dangerous conditions to drive in and to get anywhere.
The displacement of natural wildlife that lives there will be too damaging.
The developer mentioned that the development is only financially possible if he does 40 B.
If the developer wants to pursue individual homes, I think that would be more in place with the area.
The infrastructure the land that is allotted for that the apartment building puts it over the top and it’s
too much volume too high too many people please do not pass this.
This will forever change the area. It will make it ugly, over developed, and not at all what is appropriate
for the village of Centerville.
Thank you for the opportunity to send this written documentation and opposition of Centerville Cove
development.
