Commissioners, Please see the revised plan Arlene Wilson has provided for the Minard RDA for tomorrow. There was a discrepancy in the locaon of the 50’ buffer line she was proposing for demarcaon. This plan is accurate and more closely matches the 50’ buffer (escept for the small incursion at the bunkhouse bulkhead (see Arlenes note below). The work limit line in that area was allowed to be somewhat short of 50’ to allow continuing access to the bunkhouse bulkhead. This line shows on the Down Cape 2003 Certified plan (attached). I have revised the RDA fencing and demarcation plan to show the buffer as it was on that 2003 plan and changed the labelling to reflect that that section is not the 50’ buffer.
