Karen and John Aylmer were in attendance for this item.
John stated they are seeking approval of the replacement of two garage doors. They would like to replace
the existing doors with carriage style doors. The doors will have a white finish. The windows will have
grilles to match the windows of the house.
Committee Discussion:
Lesley- Appropriate. Asked about the area to the left of the garage. Karen answered that it is a closed off
portion of wood for storage and it is existing.
Erin- Noted that this is an improvement for the house. The new garage doors are preferable to the current
doors.
Wendy- Concurred with the committee members. Improvement over the current doors. Asked if they would
be painted white. John confirmed they would be painted white. Asked if the material is vinyl. John noted
that it is a steel-constructed door but would be vinyl clad. The applicant noted it would not be a glossy
finish.
Bett- Concurred with the committee members comments and agreed that it is appropriate.
