I am writing to request a continuance of the hearing from Wednesday, February 11, 2026, until March 25, 2026. The purpose of the continuance is to determine whether the Applicant may alter or replace its preexisting nonconforming building sign as of right or under a Special Permit, and in the latter case, I would endeavor to file a new application for zoning relief to be heard on March 25, 2026.
