A subcommittee of the Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing on the following Project. The
Project has been referred to the Cape Cod Commission as a mandatory Development of Regional
Impact (DRI) pursuant to Sections 12 & 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act, as amended. The
subcommittee will discuss the Project and may vote to make a recommendation to the full
Commission.

Project Description: The project proposes to redevelop the former police station property into a
40-unit home-ownership residential development, including below market value
units. The project proposes to construct a new 4-story building of approximately
30,000 square feet and associated site improvements.
