Attached please find a figure of the project area (Figure 1), outlining the project limits as well as the Historic District boundary. Also attached are the applicable sewer plan and profile sheets, for review and comment by the Historical Commission for applicability. Please note that all of the proposed work on this project is located below grade (underground sewer/utility work, that will have no adverse visual impact on the historic properties/District) and all of the new sewers to be installed will be located within the existing, previously disturbed paved roadways, all within Town rights-of-way. Construction of the project will not encroach on historic buildings or structures, and vibration caused by the trenching work in the street will be monitored throughout the duration of the project. Please note that a Project Notification Form (PNF) has also been submitted to the Massachusetts Historical Commission for this proposed work/project.
